Neil Harris has been reappointed as head coach of Cambridge United on a two-and-a-half-year contract (probably with a clause to leave The U`s when Alex Neil is sacked).

Gary Ainsworth leaving Shrewsbury for Gillingham
Ainsworth was giving it large re here for the long term, proud to be at Shrewsbury etc, that didn’t last long! Despite Shews offering him a 2year extension he’s off to Gills.

Wondered what the beef with him was but just checked his record and, apart from decent enough stints at Oxford (one L2 promotion) and Lincoln, it is pretty...not great.
