That's the kind of level a few of the Orient youth players would be better off going to, either they play regular football on loan and impress for a chance in L1 or they find their level and we release them to L2 permanently

IMO This move begs the question why did we take him on in the first place. He ain't going to improve to L1 (or Championship) standard in half a season with Salford. I wonder if there is an element of home-sickness with the guy. He only did a half-season of a season-long loan at Plymouth. He wouldn't be the first. Look at Graham Souness, he went back "up norf" because he was homesick at Tottenham.

Can say the same thing about Markanday in reverse.

Sometimes players take a while to settle in
Sounds a good move for everyone.

Because we obviously thought he was good enough. Not every transfer works out and it might turn out this one will, he just needs some games at a lower level to develop, like a lot of our squad has done.

Because we thought he was/would be good enough to play L1 football.

Salford clearly think he's good enough to play L2 football now.

I still think there is a player in there and he has definitely shown glimpses in the few games hes played. Hopefully the experience of playing regularly will benefit us next season

Faith or should I rename you NOfaith, if you bother to listen to Ritchies interview after the Stevenage game he mentioned that we were trying to sign a forward but his club were asking to much so unfair it is dead in the water.
Your obsession in digging out Ling all the time is embarrassing & your negativity to everything is boring.
Why do you even bother getting out of bed in the morning.

If he is as old as his numerous childish posts seem to indicate, Little faith might be more appropriate

Hopefully a compromise can be found on the price for this striker . I was hoping he would have him in the building for tomorrow's game but it wasn't to be . However I'm looking forward to see Azeem play . I hadn't heard of him before he was mentioned on here . Oh, and as for Warrington I'm disappointed that so far he's failed to make his mark at the club . My Everton supporting mate at work had told me he's a good player and was surprised Everton let him go . Therefore I had high hopes for him . If he can find his feet at Salford there is still time for him to come back and force his way back into our team .

He seems highly rated by other teams, only surprise is Salford already have a few options. wonder if being young and northerner he can't settle down here properly as he hasnt even made the bench some games
