Interesting to read the family side of things.
Good luck to him, but it was a disaster for us.
I guess moral of the story is London based loans or players with a London background may fit in quicker & better.
Always exceptions, EL Miz, although Ipswich was just up the road, Brynn last season.

“I made two mistakes in the first two games. I have come out in the press, held my hands up and accepted it but I don’t think they ever looked past that. Once that happens, I don’t think there’s any coming back from it. I felt that I just needed a fresh start. In my first five or six games, we played everyone who were favourites to get promoted so it was a tough start. It was my first time in League One and first time in London with all the travelling. You can see from his performances what Josh has done for Leyton Orient. He has been top drawer. Sometimes in football, people play better than you and you have to hold your hands up. I wish him nothing but the best. He came in as a No 2 and would see how it goes but then he started playing. Credit to him, he took his chance.”
He makes the point about playing the top teams at the beginning and that’s a very valid point, however on the flip side without the mistakes we would’ve arguably taken points off of the top teams!

Wish him nothing but success in his future career, seemed like a good lad in the dressing room!

Didn’t realise that shots straight at you were harder to save from a team with a big budget than a small one

That must account for the 2 mistakes, I'm not sure what he puts the other 4 down to?

“I have come out in the press, held my hands up "

Should have tried that with some of the shots.

Zak had a good game today

Aberdeen reacted well and Pape Habib Gueye, on his first start after four months out through injury, was denied from point-blank range by Zach Hemming
