Only saw the second half.
Perkins was totally bossed by their centre halves. He can’t play up top and lead the line yet.
Obeiro was totally bossed by their left back, who then bossed Perkins when he went wide right to replace Zec.
Donley still looked leggy. Hopefully just 45 mins tonight will mean he’s fresh for Saturday.
DJ did not retain the ball.
We were fine across the back, a little short but understandable given the changes, just no cutting edge in the final third.
Shame about the £40k but at least we get a free Tuesday and don’t have to play Birmingham.
Onto Saturdays massive game v Reading….

Just back from the match. we played as awful as we did in the first 97 mins of the Oldham match. Absolute d**s***e. I can accept players are tired, but to not even try, as appeared to be the case for some. And we had no idea what to do when we had the ball in and around the penalty area. i think the first shot on goal was in the 99th minute. That's the management team tactics. And all the substitutions apart from that at half-time came 10-20 mins too late.
I predict a 3-0 defeat by Reading on Saturday.

But does it matter how we played tonight? Personally, I couldn’t care less. Glad we’re out of this competition - we don’t need any extra games.

2 goals in 4 games without Dan A
We look totally ineffective upfront.
Least we will have Markanday for Saturday & the new guy from Swansea
3 weeks till Dan A back, according to RW this evening
We need him.

Think you’re right guys, we do need another forward. Someone should let the club know.

You said players weren't even trying. That's nonsense.
