A bit of a southern softie?
When he first arrived most of us thought the northern grit would be a great help to us & for 2 & a half seasons it was. However he complained that players weren't claiming the shirt. Has he lost his ability to put the fear of being dropped out of the side, has he lost his tough Northern personality, has Paul Terry made him a bit soft?
Does he need a weekend in The up North on his own?
