I’ll tell you what, forget about bringing in anymore outfield players and use all the money we have left to bring in a new keeper . Hemming has to go .

A useless opinion then, I expect nothing lessgshaw wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2024 3:59 pmFor the exact same reason any of us including the Orient Live presenters discuss football. Already at the "are you a football manager" trope and it's only half time

That's probably more galling for him than being comprehensively outplayed. He knows we need better players than this. Feel sorry for him, deserves better than what he's been given this summer.

Re: Starting XI (v Birmingham) + exiles thread
f*cking bollocks.
The positive is that we pretty much matched a team that will probably be champions. Aside from two f*** ups (one of them proper unlucky) we might have got something out of it.

Yes, Kelman apart the new recruits look a pretty ropey bunch at the moment.

Re: Starting XI (v Birmingham) + exiles thread
Regardless, it’s a bit weird to bring in most players in the window who don’t actually strengthen our first team. If DJ can’t get a game whilst Graham and Theo are injured he’s gonna be 4th/5th choice. Perkins and Warrington also bench warming. Just makes the recruitment all the moregshaw wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2024 4:59 pmFrank Nouble MK2?Rich Tea Wellin wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2024 4:55 pm Side note DJ looked like a snail at the end after coming on 2 mins before

Why bring subs on with 3 minutes left? Barely time to settle into the game

Re: Starting XI (v Birmingham) + exiles thread
Hemming is just costing us dearly
Donley looks like he’s going to be a good player for us
Clare looks just about ok
Kelman looks good
Perkins /Warrington/DJ , jury out
It’s not been a stellar transfer window
The quality players of Agyei/Brown/ONeill/Galbraith don’t look like they’ve been backed up, exception Kelman
Donley, only his second league match, could be quality as well
