Re: Kent Teague
A bit worrying. Think it was always his intention and maybe he thinks we’ve reached the pinnacle of what we can achieve. Assume he’s sold to an investor, which might be good news.
Love Kent and appreciate everything he’s done

Re: Kent Teague
Is it just something that happened ages ago that’s only reported now in financial docs?

Re: Kent Teague
It has nothing to do with shareholdings. It means that he no longer has day to day control over the operational side of the business. I'm sure in the early days everything went through him. There will probably be a declaration in due course stating who is the person with significant control. He remains a director and his shareholding is unchanged.

Yes, this is old news isn't it? Didn't he sell shares way back to get the last lot of yank investors on board (including Parry)?Rich Tea Wellin wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2024 12:31 pm Is it just something that happened ages ago that’s only reported now in financial docs?

Re: Kent Teague
Given he has been on podcast (April Orient Hour) fairly recently sounding very much engaged, it may be that his holding has diluted to allow others to further invest/share losses?

For PSC definition etc go to:
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/people-with ... ntrol-pscs
He's sold some of his shares to someone and reduced his shareholding to below 25%. Nothing sinister in that IMO.

Re: Kent Teague
Does this mean Nigel is responsible for claering the annual losses. The other directors are minor in comparison.
