I don't dispute that Steve Evans is a great manager, but contrary to what some believe, Stevenage had an above mid table budget last year and didn't make the play offs. There is no doubt that if Rotherham do well this year, it will be down to financial backing as much as Steve Evans.

Players will be under contract and paid by their previous club until June 30th. If they sign earlier than that it’s only a pre contract agreement.

He is in talks with Leon Kelly released by Coventry and also has played for Orient. This would be his 7 th signing.

Stevenage finished above us last season, so his signings didn't do so bad

Rotherham fans slating Evans and not happy with their Summer signings. Not saying ours were great, but its about signing the right players, not signing them early. Nevertheless I'm sure we will get the same guff again next May.
