They have advised trying to delete old credit card details stored on account and just putting the details in at point of payment.
It didn't work for me, but try it, it may work on your account

Joe, they sent me an online application form to fill out and return via email to ensure my seats are saved etc.
All else fails I could email a copy of that to you?

Thanks Ori. I haven't actually got any old details saved (as far as I'm aware) and had been entering card details at payment point, alas no joy despite repeated attempts. Have dropped them an email but unsure if it's an up to date address.

Managed to turn a profit on my ghost kid season tickets the last 2 years through the exchange system, yes it can be done.

Not sure that club would be overly bothered as they still make a profit on the seat if it's resold. However to discourage unscrupulous fans', I would suggest they should either give a reduced credit on child seats, or only make child tickets available for resale, once all available adult tickets have been resold first.

Try going back to the email the club sent you a month or two ago and go from the link on there but it takes a while.
