RW is just an employee of the club and can be replaced. He does not own the club and he is merely one of many employeesPoundhillO wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2023 2:30 pmIf the club value RW to the degree they should, they should get RW approval or risk putting his nose out of joint.
The whole McMhon inclusion into the club smells extremely fishy.
Yes, it is helpful that the manager is in agreement with a choice of employee working under him, but as in many businesses you have people working under you that you do not agree with and have to accept it because your boss insists on him.
The club is far bigger and far more than any one employee, no matter how good a manager you think they are.
The club existed before RW and will exist after RW.
PS Do not consrrue this as me having a go at RW or suggesting he is not doing a good job. It is nothing of the sort, it is about the role of an employee compared to the owner / directors.
If Travis & Teague decided to withdraw Leyton Orient from the EFL and to close the club down, that is their perogative as the owners as they can choose to do that [ No suggesting they would destro their asset/ investment, but if they wanted to no one could stop them, not RW, not any other employee nor any supporter
The owners always have the ultimate say
