Peep Show
Apparently it is 20 years old. 20! How did that happen?
I gather it was not everyone's cup of tea, but I found it funny.

Re: Peep Show
20 years! Great times for the likes of Dunnem and myself who first watched during our GCSE year.

Re: Peep Show
One of the only modern comedies I found very funny , probably as plausible. Very well written and a kind of ‘dumber and dumber’ . Unique for certain.

Re: Peep Show
Peep Show had a charm allowing of its own; the female characters were good in it, too.

Re: Peep Show
Who remembers the big poster ads for it in the East Stand as you went from undercroft to the stand? Didn't watch it when it was new but a work colleague got me hooked
"you're never alone with a phone"
Friday night Channel 4 comedy Peep Show, IT Crowd, Inbetweeners. Good times.
I showed one of the guys in work this clip the other day after needing to take down a 42" screen as it's deemed not big enough for seriously looking at documents on!

Re: Peep Show
When watching Peep Show I always felt that I was the only person watching it - hence "peep show".

Re: Peep Show
Mark growing his tash in homage to Johnson is priceless.
Genuinely funny reflections of sharing a flat in London in the early 2000s.
Brilliant characters as others have said. Loved Big Suze and Super Hans. I’ve met many people like him - who did far too many drugs in the 90s - in my job and some are carbon copies. They’re a certain type of special individual in a world where most people are so vanilla.
The actor who plays him smashes it.

I'm beginning to have disturbing thoughts about some of our so-called moderatorsProposition Joe wrote: ↑Mon Sep 18, 2023 1:28 pm 20 years! Great times for the likes of Dunnem and myself who first watched during our GCSE year.
