Hmm...this couldn't be because they could attack the stored uranium and cause serious devestation but do so under the guise of self sefence or collateral damage?

It's probably just so that they now control all electricity into Kyiv. Aside from Chernobyl, Ukraine was entirely dependant upon Russian gas. This is check-mate.

It seems to me, that Ukraine is losing this war now. Day by day, they lose more young men.....God knows how many have been killed, buts its in hundreds of thousands.
Like all wars, it will end after peace talks around a table, but Russia will get to keep a lot of what was Ukrainian territory.
Zelensky will be gone, with his huge personal wealth, probably to America, or Israel, where his parents live now.
The war will end when America thinks its weakened Russia sufficiently, & not a moment before.
What a truly nightmarish scenario it is at present.
Billions of dollars/Pounds down the drain, supporting a country that could never in a million years have won this war.
No money for the NHS, Education, transport etc, but billions available for The Wests favourite pastime...WAR

Has the sun or the fail ever dealt in truth ? As for the spring offensive it has started . Training on tanks supplies of munitions etc . An offensive operation doesnt start with the word CHARGE does it !
