And the worst

As an AI language model, I do not have personal opinions, but I could provide you with a hypothetical worst lineup for Leyton Orient based on their past performances and current squad:

GK: Arthur Janata
DEF: Myles Judd, Shad Ogie, Jayden Sweeney, Joe Widdowson
MID: James Dayton, Jordan Maguire-Drew, Craig Clay, Hector Kyprianou, Ruel Sotiriou
ATT: Louis Dennis

I keep seeing stuff about this GPT thingy, but have just never had the time or inclination to read up on it as yet.

Is this important? Should I start paying attention? Is this the beginning of the end?

It’s not the beginning of the end, but the uses and possibilities of AI will be revolutionary, probably as seismic as the internet.

I’m sure you’re familiar with the pace at which AI technology develops?

So what we're seeing now is the AI equivalent of the likes of IRC and Geocities?

It’s more useful to think of the steps. It won’t be incremental improvements, it’ll be pretty much exponential.
In digital art, AI has gone - in maybe two years - from non existent, to laughably stupid, to actually quite aesthetic, to hyper-real albeit with consistent flaws and confusion caused by it not *really* being an intelligence, but being pattern recognition.
In practice, it means that I’ll pretty much have to abandon making digital art as any sort of income source, because people can make their own images with a typed prompt

Who needs to type?

Alexa! Show me Katy Perry sat in the Papa John's dugout, having an argument with a mermaid.

Will be the ultimate realisation of full capitalism. Don’t need no pesky workers, get the AI to do it to make a few people mega rich and everyone else trading bottle caps.

It could be positive and actually free us from work and we can all just live life. But doubt that’s gonna be allowed

Are the rich just going to share their money so we can buy stuff they produce ?

Fat chance. We’ll more than likely have to run on treadmills to keep the super computers going so we can afford to watch orient in sky sports twice a year

You do realise that the data input into the current one that is widely available only goes up to Sept 2021. Its not receiving live info

But where do the consumers come from ?

Capitalism's problem - the illogical conclusion is that there'll be no-one rich enough to buy the product.

I guess Wix, Wordpress etc are a form of AI. Neither of them code without including about 95% of unnecessary entries and thus leaving ample room for smart and creative humans to improve to a massive degree on the AI derived verbiage.

Mate of mine who is big into computers asked one of the AI apps if it could write the code for a taxi office dispatch and booking service. It couldn't but explained what needed to be taken into account when developing one.

So app developer jobs are safe for this week and as the driverless cars keep killing people my job is safe too.

No doubt you'll be able to get a degree in using chat gpt soon.

It's definitely going to increase productivity and reduce the number of people needed to do a job. It's ironic to think that the low skilled jobs we all thought would disappear are the only ones that will be left.

Taking a bite, the crispiness of the bacon contrasts with the softness of the bread, creating a texture that is both satisfying and comforting. The savory flavor of the bacon is complemented by the subtle sweetness of the bread, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

As you continue to eat the bacon roll, you savor each bite, fully immersing yourself in the experience. The rich, smoky flavor of the bacon lingers on your tongue, reminding you of how much you love this simple yet satisfying meal.

Just had a bacon and egg roll in a wholemeal bun with loads of HP sauce on it , delicious it was too , soon off to Bexley to watch the Cricket with no doubt a few beers , great day but not perfect as it don't involve the O'S 👍👍
