Not a surprise to see all 3 of Pratley, Smyth and Brown rested.
Big games needed from Moncur and Theo to give us that bit of sparkle.

Signing in from the Hamlet of Hornchurch. Paid my £10 for the TV stream.
Squad rotation today with players not in the starting line-up to rest on the bench. That's not a surprise IMO.
I noted from the Match Preview on the O's website that the ref averages 3.35 yellow cards a game, so I expect a few today (e.g. El Miz, Clay)
COYOs, make us smile.

We could do with winning this , after comparing Stevenage upcoming fixtures compared to ours.
Yesterdays results see "the pack" closing !

I think Richie is doing a good job in handling the players minutes . He knows what he's doing . I think we'll probably see Smyth as a second half substitute .

Re: Exiles thread - Newport (A)
Don't even joke about it . He's arguably the last player we'd want to see leave ......not that I want to see any of them leave this season . I'm happy with our squad the way it is . However we need to try and tie down soon to be out of contract players and if possible sign El- Miz. Actually I'd also like to keep Kelman as well .RBMarshall wrote: ↑Fri Dec 30, 2022 7:47 pm Smyth rested so January transfer not scuppered by injury!

Can already tell the ref is going to give anything and everything.
We are disjointed first ten. Front 4 completely absent

Re: Exiles thread - Newport (A)
Why do we start games so slowly and why don't we know what to do at short (normal) throw-ins? Answers on a postcard

Re: Exiles thread - Newport (A)
I thought it was my imagination but I've began to notice that we do start games slowly . God knows why . Anyway we have to pull our finger out and get back into this game .
