Tickets v AFC Wimbledon
Any idea what's going on with these? I understand that home ticket holders have been offered a refund. Have Orient done the same and if so, when do the returns go on sale?

If you had bought them when they went on sale initially then you would have tickets now

Re: Tickets v AFC Wimbledon
i'm pleased to say that i got loads of tickets for the game. In fact, I got enough for all my group.

Did you not bother to buy them when they went on sale?

The weirdest bit is anyone believing he has a 'group' that he attends games with.

What is weird about buying tickets for an all-ticket game you want to attend?Apple Wumble wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 3:11 pmWeird
Its far weirder not to buy tickets and expect to be able to get them after they have sold out

Re: Tickets v AFC Wimbledon
This isn’t about me spen, I’m not going.
My main concern is for my fellow genuine Os fans now unable to attend. I hope they are offered a refund, as home fans have been.
What a way to spend your Friday night.

Surely there are a fair few people who cannot now attend? Are returns not available from the club?

If you can't make the rearranged match, as Mrs NES & I can't, you just have to return your ticket(s) to the ticket office (which we did via main reception last week) and you'll get a refund. We got the refund on Tuesday direct to the credit card account used to purchase them in the first place - none of this waiting 15 days as so many companies do. Very efficient IMO.

Not really when the game has been rearranged last minute to a Tuesday night.spen666 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 5:17 pmWhat is weird about buying tickets for an all-ticket game you want to attend?

It’s a thread about tickets for people who couldn’t make the original but can now. It’s weird for you to turn it into a gloat show about how many tickets you have and scoff at anyone who hasn’t. Very odd

It's so odd buying tickets to support your team at an all ticket game.
Strange that people buy tickets to ensure they can get into a game

I've searched the website and couldn't see anything about the club either offering refunds, or them reselling returned tickets.Long slender neck wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 8:02 pm Surely there are a fair few people who cannot now attend? Are returns not available from the club?
Apologies for what Spen has turned this into.

Did you see this anywhere or just get in touch with the club on the off chance?

I did the same, me and the two boys couldn't make the Tuesday night date so I emailed the ticket office, they said either return the tickets or tear them up and send a photo to prove I'd done it then they issued a refund. Took a couple of days max. I've always had really good service from the ticket office.

I emailed the ticket office when I knew we couldn't make the re-arranged date. I got a reply within the same day.TRUMP Plumbing wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 9:20 pmThanks EN.EliotNes wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 8:10 pm If you can't make the rearranged match, as Mrs NES & I can't, you just have to return your ticket(s) to the ticket office (which we did via main reception last week) and you'll get a refund. Re: Tickets v AFC Wimbledon
I was unable to make the original Wimbledon match day and thus I never bought a ticket. I can make the rearranged date so I immediately, (at the end of September), e'mailed the ticket office and asked if I could buy a return as I thought there were likely to be quite a few. I did get an early response which just said there were none available, I'm the last one to criticise our club but I'm afraid I did find this very poor.
Surely the response should have been, 'we'll keep your details and let you know if any become available'.
Anyway, I suppose it'll be a case of mingling with the home supporters and staying quiet!!

You’re right, it’s not weird that instead of ignoring the question based on how to get a ticket for a rearranged game, you’ve decided to post about 6 times how you have a ticket along with all of your group.

There must be lots of people that can’t make the rearranged midweek date. I guess it’s easier for the club to hope people won’t realise refunds are available.
Meanwhile, AFC Wimbledon have been emailing fans individually to see if they can attend or want a refund…

Why are these not available on line? Why have fans not been made aware there are returns?

I don’t live that nearby, sorry! But from what I recall it’s quite an industrial area so you’d need to park some way away.
