I'm not in the least bit interested in these separatists banging a drum about anything that is currently flavor of the moment. they just want to be separatists that we mainstream people are not interested in. If they want to push the LGBTQ agenda then set up their own team and watch them play, don't highjack our team.

The massive irony is that you’re exactly the reason this sort of thing is needed.

Type High is obviously a massive c***, but he’s not why this thing is needed: the reason such things are needed, if/when they are, is because of systemic homophobia, not the rantings of individuals. And that’s why officially sanctioned/supported groups like this need to be scrutinised for who they help - are they set up to meaningfully address issues/barriers to gay fans engaging with the team? Or are they to keep up the right appearances?

What’s needed is for the club - and groups surrounding the club - to do all they can to make there be as few reasons as possible that a group like this is needed (while respecting and supporting that such groups can be meaningful and useful in their own right too)
