So looks like I only jumped the gun by a week, 5 failed managerial appointments out of 6. Time for a much bigger shake-up than just the management team.

Disappointed it didn't work out. On paper it looked a great appointment. Started so well, but completely bottled it after we conceded a couple of goals and resorted to defensive route one stuff.

Jackett was as good as sacked last night after that podcast. Looks a really cynical bit of PR by the club / Ling to absolve the DoF of responsibility ready for the axe to fall.

Was always going to fall apart with such a paper thin squad, said as much back when everyone was getting ahead of themselves early in the season. Didn't have the strength in depth to last the course then the shambles of January window finished it off.

We are finished as a club. No manager can turn this around quick enough. Sacking Jackett is disappointing. The injuries , Covid , the postponements.
It’s sad. We keep being told that the club is in a good position. It isn’t. It’s no better than under the Italians . We won’t get a better manager . We may get more luck.
