Re: Would you watch National League football again?
Yes of course. Once we got over the initial shock of it, our time in the NL wasn’t as bad as we all feared. Obviously I wouldn’t be mad keen on it, but as fans you’d go to watch your club at any level, for us it’s mostly about the social side of things and being with your mates/family/whatever. I mean, the football’s crap in L2 and it wasn’t much worse in the NL, so why not?

It would be terrible but I would still go in the hope we could bounce back at the first attempt. Considering the investment the club has made its a disgrace we're talking about this .

No. I would switch my allegiance to West Ham Utd, The Iron Hammers.

Me an' all.
It is only looked back on fondly by some since our stay was so brief. Ask Wrexham fans if they dig it.
I would go, but only to support the club: I couldn't say I could approach it with any enthusiasm at all..

Re: Would you watch National League football again?
There are some big teams in the NL, both ex-league teams and ambitious clubs eg Boreham Wood so getting out of it would be very tough, especially with only 2 promotion places and one of those via the play offs.
A season in there would be bad enough but to be stuck in there for years - like Wrexham - would be football hell!
But yes, I’d still go!

Wrexham are a non-league club. They have been for 12 years now. They should be used to it.Scuba Diver wrote: ↑Tue Feb 15, 2022 8:22 pmMe an' all.

Wouldn’t renew season tickets for sure but would no doubt attend the odd game.

I'd be on Hackney Marshes if need be if it meant that I could continue my love affair with the frustrating, despair causing, angering, brilliant O's.

The team, fans and manager were altogether, which made a brilliant atmosphere
The most away games I have attended for a long time

Re: Would you watch National League football again?
Especially when you consider that despite all the money they have spent they are only in the playoffs on goal difference and will drop out if Notts County draw or win their game in hand.
Some Orient fans pointed out we'd bought the title. But imagine laying out far more than we did and possibly not even managing to buy a playoff place, let alone promotion. It's almost like money doesn't guarantee anything.
And yes, I would watch Orient in the NL since I'm a supporter.
