Oldam Fans Banned for complaining
I'm glad Orient don't take this approach, we may not have many fans left:

True . I doubt there would have been anybody left under Beelzebub's reign .Chelmsford Swimmer wrote: ↑Tue Dec 21, 2021 9:23 am I'm glad Orient don't take this approach, we may not have many fans left:

HE cannot unless he persuades other Owners to do so … which he won’t.
Still, he hasn’t driven his team to a hotel ‘to improve’ …. yet.
The real question is do we travel to Oldham and join their protestations or stay away and deprive him of the revenue?

Oldham football club is a very bitter place right now. I cannot see what the owner is trying to achieve with whats been happening there over the past year or two. I fear it can only end in tears.

The 'Push the Boundary' protest group has so far not been advocating away fans to stay away, rather to show support to what Oldham fans are going through. I would not be at all surprised to see them plan something for their game with us, given not only the parallels between their owner and our previous one, but also the respectful protests at Brisbane Road earlier this season and the huge support from O's fans.Orient_Man_And_Boy wrote: ↑Wed Dec 22, 2021 8:25 am The real question is do we travel to Oldham and join their protestations or stay away and deprive him of the revenue?

They'll have the last laugh if football starts to be played behind closed doors and does so for the next 3 years due to additional variants.

Maybe we should ask their supporters club what they think.Orient_Man_And_Boy wrote: ↑Wed Dec 22, 2021 8:25 amHE cannot unless he persuades other Owners to do so … which he won’t.

The ban has been overturned on appeal. Sense just may have prevailed.......temporarily
