This Covid passports stuff is yet another thing to divide us all. Brexit has divided us for a generation, and then along comes Covid to further divide us.

A few years back, the idea of dividing people by whether they have had certain medicines would have been laughed at, because it was so outrageous, but as we slide down the perilous path towards authoritarianism, its something that is considered feasible.

As we saw at Wembley on Sunday, stewards don't have the training nor the inclination (nor the financial incentive to be frank) to enforce this. Anti mask types are way more likely be belligerent and aggressive, I don't blame them.

Orient being pretty poorly supported means we'll get defacto social distancing at the stadium anyway.

As we know any booster jabs are likely to be more adaptive to new variants of Covid. The current flu jab has always lagged the actual strain. Covid is clearly more infectious than flu, however, the vaccination deployment is far greater, giving a herd immunity that will never be prevalent in flu.

That is a complete fallacy. Yes, lots of people died within 28 days of testing positive of Covid but a very small number actually died of Covid alone.
The average age of Covid deaths was 80.3 years of age. This doesn't justify closing down the whole country for over 18 months imo
