Indeed. Police are investigating five cases of electoral fraud . Three with postal voting , one bribery and corruption and lastly voter behaviour. Apparently people were taking photos of their ballot papers . Probably wanting it as proof of voting so they could get paid .
Plenty of people photographed their ballot slips during the EU elections to post on social media. Could be that too.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 8:03 pmIndeed. Hardly proof though. There was about the same number in 2017 (albeit with a higher turnout) and Labour pitched at the postal voter.Prestige Worldwide wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 9:30 pm 10000 postal votes from a total of about 34000 ballots. Red flag!
Maybe the outgoing MP filled out the forms in other peoples names.Prestige Worldwide wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 9:30 pm 10000 postal votes from a total of about 34000 ballots. Red flag!
Depends whose in charge of the postal votes. Some get counted whilst others disappear up in smoke.StillSpike wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 10:00 pm But the good news is your side can have another shot in a couple of years (at the most)

It’s all speculation of course. The investigation will show nothing, any dodgy dealers will be too good at covering their tracks.Proposition Joe wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 10:43 pmThat a fact, is it?dOh Nut wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 10:07 pmDepends whose in charge of the postal votes. Quite. But that's the opposite of your post, which clearly implied predetermined guilt.dOh Nut wrote: ↑Tue Jun 18, 2019 11:01 amIt’s all speculation of course. The investigation will show nothing, any dodgy dealers will be too good at covering their tracks.
Could it be true? Of course. But innocent until proven guilty is how it works.
See how that works? There's no smoke without fireanyone wrote: ↑Tue Jun 18, 2019 11:01 amIt’s all speculation of course. The investigation will show nothing, he always closes the curtains so there's no video evidence.

You clearly have never gotten my provocative Style (or lack of) posting. Which often is intended to promote dialogue. Devils advocate stuff.Proposition Joe wrote: ↑Tue Jun 18, 2019 1:11 pmQuite. But that's the opposite of your post, which clearly implied predetermined guilt.
