Back on topic, Boris has announced a clap for Tom Moore at 6.00 tonight.

Now as a full on yoghurt knitting socialist lefty I'll be bypassing Boris's bandwagon hijacking wheeze and instead will be celebrating his life in an alternative manner by having a crap for Tom Moore at 6.00 tonight.

I'm hopeful that I'll be able to produce a Sir TM lookalike or failing that a turd that looks like a zimmerframe. Subject to the results, I'll put a pic up later.

You are missing the point. I don’t mind racist or homophobic jokes for instance I find Bernard Manning funny. Somewhere along the way though it’s been deemed that we are not allowed to laugh at or have comedians on the tv that tell those type of jokes anymore. Someone had decided they are off limits to my ears. Telling jokes about captain Tom doing a Pooh I personally find distasteful however for the moment this type of joke still allowed and quite rightly. I make not like it but other people do. Who makes these rules. We are supposed to live in a free society. Why should I be dictated too.

Just for clarity, the joke was about me doing a poo not SCTM. Jokes about SCTM defecating are most certainly off limits.
