Two games we've been handed the perfect start and don't make any use of it.

If your a easy going club with no real leader you end up a soft touch. All too easy to keep telling everyone we have a great spirit in the camp but it seems to be it's more like a holiday camp.
Our last leader dragged them over the line now whats left is a rudderless boat drifting who knows'where.
I have watched a few games on stream, seen all the goals scored and conceded, and observed all the decision making taking place, signings and team selection. None of it makes sense.
Did not see tonight but it really looks like something needs to change.
At the moment my head says new experienced proven manager or if the powers to be are scared of that it has to be Jobi, the only leader on the footballing side.
If the powers to be dont want that maybe they have to step aside!

My belief all along is that we have a decent squad of players, not great but not too bad. Just need Embleton to get it together as his knowledge grows alongside his coaching staff.

But we are shocking. Are our players really that bad? Has Embleton just inherited a poor squad? Are we asking Embleton to perform miracles?

Or is our Head Coach just out of his depth.
