Laurence Fox's New Political Party
Laurence Fox, of the Fox acting dynasty, has formed a new political party called Reclaim.
It looks like an ultra right wing 'UKIP' style party.
He reckons he has plenty of financial backing, so it could emerge as a niche party for the white supremacist, racist types
Any comments?

Basically admitted in an interview that his worldview has come about from watching loads of Youtube videos. Sh*t thick.

Re: Laurence Fox's New Political Party
His backing is from Jeremy Hosking who is an ex client of mine. 5m big ones. I like Lawrence fox so you are probably right, will attract the BNP types. Seriously, the two party system is so broke it’s not even funny but until we get a change in the electoral system we are stuck with the two old drunks punching each other while everyone else looks on and shakes their head. Sad.

Why does watching YouTube videos make him thick? Not a bad thing to look for alternative sources to BBC News and the GuardianMistadobalina wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 4:42 pm Basically admitted in an interview that his worldview has come about from watching loads of Youtube videos. Sh*t thick.

Re: Laurence Fox's New Political Party
I wouldn't say it seems like an ultra right wing version of UKIP. I don't even think its very UKIP'y.
I think it's just centre-right, 21st century libertarianism. I think its more for people that don't think 'white privilege' is a thing or, as the poster above states, watches too much YouTube. Scamdemic, Black History Month is racist, Trump is down to take out the paedos, cancel culture is the worst thing in the world, I don't hate Meghan 'cos of her race but I'm not sure why I hate her sorta types. I think it's a bit more metropolitan than UKIP. They are old fashioned dog whistlers, this is a bit more 'I've-read-too-many-Mail-Online-comments' from people that hate those that play the victim - whilst playing the victim.
It's all a big part of his grift and his schtick about how despite being regularly invited onto TV, with a bigger audience and more famous than he has ever been he has definitely still been cancelled! So, please pay to my Patreon.
I actually think he has a chance to land a few here if he plays it right. From both sides.

Re: Laurence Fox's New Political Party
An actor getting into politics. Imagine that. Glenda Jackson was a pretty good actress who made the transition. On the other side of the pond Reagan made it big in politics, if not so much as an actor.Max B Gold wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 4:55 pm He needs to get on with the acting. He was great at that.

Re: Laurence Fox's New Political Party
There is 20% of the vote waiting for anything Reclaim,Brexit Party etc. I know the left think the Tory party are rabidly right but that’s just ingrained, most Tory voters can’t stand the tories anymore. The issue is that Lawrence fox party is the first of a few. Another along similar lines is being planned and Farage may come back. The 20% is going to be sliced and diced, At the next election it will be vote Tory to stop labour blah blah again and at the last minute most will do that very thing.

On another thread, you seemed to think that if your kid had body dysmorphia, the only possible explanation would be that they were being brainwashed by the t'internet.

Re: Laurence Fox's New Political Party
It's all part of his grift, he's filling the gap people like Yasmin Alibhai-Brown or Ash Sarkar do... But from the right. You used to have people like Richard Littlejohn and Kelvin McKenzie fill these roles

I grudgingly make Pammy right on that. Is Katie Hopkins signed up for it yet?

Since the oldest recorded times in history, some men and women have been dressing and acting as if they were of the opposite sex. Rather ill-informed to believe that this sort of thing has only been happening since the advent of the internet.Apple Wumble wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 5:17 pmOn another thread, you seemed to think that if your kid had body dysmorphia, the only possible explanation would be that they were being brainwashed by the t'internet.

Re: Laurence Fox's New Political Party
Well, when he was recently accused of being racist, he branded his accusers as paedophiles. He later apologised for "mis-speaking". So he definitely has the makings of an MP.ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 4:16 pm Laurence Fox, of the Fox acting dynasty, has formed a new political party called Reclaim.
