you need to log in to the main site before you can access the match. If you've previously redeemed your code you will not need to enter it again. Just login and then go to the match centre and it will be ready to play for you.

My screen kept freezing and buffering and I had to keep restarting the picture time after time, very frustrating and not great today.
Not sure if it’s the streaming that’s at fault or Virgin who provide the broadband.

I’d say it’s your broadband in your area as I’m with virgin and I had a perfect picture and sound for the whole game. Maybe there was / is an issue in your area?

Download Ookla Speedtest and see if the result meets what you are paying for, if it’s not then you might have a problem.

Have you sent them abusive comments? That may be why they blocked you.

I was ‘kicked off’ during half time. When I tried to log back in it kept telling me I didn’t have the subscription. I was able to access the audio link during this time, though.

Then after maybe 10-15 minus, I could then view again.

I emailed the address posted above but still waiting to hear back. I did see on the FAQ pages that there was a cross traffic setting on Safari which could be causing that. I changed it and the problem resolved itself so it could have been that, or the timing may just have been coincidental, as I’ve seen others had the same issue.

Does anyone else have an issue with the audio where as soon as you lock your phone screen or change browser window it kills the game audio? Has this problem for years with Chrome or Firefox for mobile and is really frustrating as means I can't listen to the game while out and about/walking/running
