Macclesfield

Post by Top of the JES »

Have today appointed Tim Flowers as their new manager, good appointment.

It has been disclosed that Macclesfield have also breached or broken EFL rules on 91 different occassions over the last two seasons.

Right, this is Macclesfield that constantly paid their players late and now forked out for someone who doubt would be cheap.

If he takes with him the joyless hoofball that Solihull played then I'm very happy he's nowhere near our club.

It’s still better than being unemployed I suppose. I can’t see any League clubs lining up to get him in the door and the longer he stays out of a job the less likely it’ll be that he’s offered a new one.

Say for a moment we were able to get promoted out of League 2 playing nothing but physical route one hoofball... would you still not want it?

Agreed. Flowers is a no-nonsense type who should get them pulling in the same direction.

Would love him down here TBH.

Do you think he would have fitted well into the “ unique culture” of the club :?:

For all our coaching badges, the goal we scored against West Ham was because Sargent in goal had no other options but to kick it as far away from himself as possible, Angol then beat a tiny yoof of a centre back and slotted it in.

Route one at its finest.
