anyone know if it's open still? I have purchased a child's kit on line for my son's birthday, the money has been taken over 3 weeks ago but I have had no updates or emails confirming delivery

Tried calling and emailing and had no reply. If anyone knows of a contact or someone who works in the shop would be much appreciated.

Ordered a couple of bits about a fortnight ago, received items within about a week.

There were virtually no kids kits left when I ordered though. What exactly did you order?

Just seen on the twitter heading it says online orders available but deliveries are paused.
