Who are you grassing up?
Flat upstairs from me is the part time London home of the sister in law of a cabinet member. Was there all last week but has obviously buggered orf for the weekend. It's my civic duty innit?

Some police forces have a form on their websites one can complete and submit to them to grass someone.
