Re: Ratings v Braintree
A lot of the time the polar opposite of what we've had all season, blowing up for nothing and some where Braintree just threw themselves on the floor. Inconsistency with bookings as per usual. While Koroma has rightly taken a lot of plaudits this season for his development and tearing up this leagu...

Re: Ratings v Braintree
Of course all O's fans are ecstatic after yesterday's outcome. But the Scotsman (on previous page) is right. about our needs. There have also been too many average and grind out results. We definitely need to strengthen as in a good creative midfielder and a striker as a minimum. Defence, I think wi...

Yes, it's stupid to slag someone off after such a wonderful day for our football club.

Re: Good Morning Everyone
I feel dog tired this morning. The wife reckons I was Constantly twisting and turning and shouting out in my sleep, something like, 'get wide' and 'eat it' which I suppose was, "hit it". Blimey, I feel as if I've woken up drunk.

Your ordinary every day business is a far cry from a football business, as Hearn and Bechetti learnt - much to our cost.

Re: We Are Going to Need a Bigger Ground
Of course, I'm with you on that. But our minds on this aren't really relevant. KT obviously has plans to grow the club, it's what he does, he hasn't stumped up all these millions just for a daft laugh. He'll show his hand when the time is right. Mindsets can be transferable. So lets hope some of it...

Re: We Are Going to Need a Bigger Ground
Again, Kent and Nigel need to be made aware of this advice on how to grow a business. Quite amusing, if only done to attract attention. I think most people can see that what I'm saying is to try and flush out of our minds the negative attitude that has been indoctrinated into us over the past 20 ye...

Re: We Are Going to Need a Bigger Ground
A standing area may not help with capacity issues. Modern safe standing zones specify a similar space per spectator as seating. Anyway, the ground is plenty big enough for us up to a sustained period in the Championship. Another negative view, and another one Content to drift along endlessly in the...

Re: We Are Going to Need a Bigger Ground
If The Os sold out most home games then yes, but as things stand it would be pointless. That written there are probably some improvements that could be made to the East Stand that would add a few more seats or allow more home supporters at the expense of the away section. 1,500 is a large section f...

To those who keep on saying 'we don't néed a larger capacity,' I can only conclude they must be Hearns relations. Well, nearly all the east stand is for home, so surely this time, we must hit at least 7000. Should be closer to 8000.

I think I'm right in saying that the only tickets left are in the upper tier. (the Gods) Can someone confirm this? Also there doesn't seem to be other sections they can open because of tickets reserved from the first match.

Re: Where are the moaners?
Funny how the bet hedgers, with their endless pessimism and smug know-it-all attitude towards anybody who dares show optimism towards the club, are nowhere to be seen right now. They are usually the first ones on here telling us how we’re going to get beat next week and how our position is all down...

Re: Would you take the draw?
No. Playing for the draw would be disastrous. Lets win it and put this title to bed. On the face of it I would be happy with the draw. And yet, and you are partly right here, it 'could' be disastrous as it wouldn't be too hard to imagine Salford winning their last two matches... So yes, we must go ...

I agree, but the trouble with Brophys running with the ball is, that it never comes to anything other than free kicks.jamespevans wrote: ↑Fri Apr 19, 2019 9:19 pm For me, Brophy's best game in an Orient shirt. Re: Play like that on Monday
I make him right, to many under pat performances today. I sort of make him right also, although I don't necessarily think we're going to get "stuffed" on Monday. Let's face it we've scrambled points with most of our performances this season. Yes I know, a wins a win, and I'll take it too....
