Where are the moaners?
Funny how the bet hedgers, with their endless pessimism and smug know-it-all attitude towards anybody who dares show optimism towards the club, are nowhere to be seen right now.
They are usually the first ones on here telling us how we’re going to get beat next week and how our position is all down to luck.

Re: Where are the moaners?
Try to enjoy this season mate, worrying about moaners more than celebrating our success isn't good.

Re: Where are the moaners?
I’m not worrying about them, just taking this golden opportunity to expose their hypocrisy. Had to put up with reading their nonsense (on this forum and the old one) all season, so this is my chance for my one and only rebuttal.Apple Wumble wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2019 5:56 pm Try to enjoy this season mate, worrying about moaners more than celebrating our success isn't good.

Re: Where are the moaners?
Some people are naturally negative- me, because it’s a coping mechanism which is generally useful as far as orient are concerned.

Re: Where are the moaners?
All Orient 'supporters' are in a joyous mood today after todays results. But then someone mars the celebrations with a stupid post like thisEsteban wrote: ↑Mon Apr 22, 2019 5:53 pm Funny how the bet hedgers, with their endless pessimism and smug know-it-all attitude towards anybody who dares show optimism towards the club, are nowhere to be seen right now.

I'm here, realist probably classed as a moaner by the optimists
We haven't won it until it's mathematically safe. Complacency is the only thing that can stop us winning the title.
Be interesting how the Salford camp approach it. Go for broke and throw the entire strikeforce at Hartlepool in case Braintree spring a surprise or conserve the squad for the play-offs?

Re: Where are the moaners?
There was one particular old fuddy duddy that had a hissy fit in the Sutton match thread when they took the lead and claimed we'd thrown promotion away.
Wonder when that bellend will show his head on here next?

Whereas "Salford City's automatic promotion hopes suffered a serious blow"
Bizarre set of headlines.

Re: Where are the moaners?
What’s so bizarre about asking where those who constantly put the club, and other supporters, down are!
We put up with their nonsense all year, so I’m having a dig at them now, rather than next week when we confirm promotion and championship status. Will be too celebrating then.

Re: Where are the moaners?
In some parallel universe, slagging off Kent for glad handing the O's fans at today's game, Martin Ling for earning a salary from Orient etc etc

Whatever happens , we're still going to need at least two ones during the Summer.

Re: Where are the moaners?
Do you still think we need a centre midfielder? Do you think not signing one will cost us the league? Mate you must be proper gutted today cos if our midfield was not good enough yet has delivered us the title what does that say for the other 23 teams?
Now is the time to admit you got it wrong and Ling and Edinburgh got it right.
