It's a real blow to lose Forrester. He looked the best player for a few weeks now. It's always the best players that get injured.

I'm so not looking forward to games now, as we are crap, & the manager is crap too.

Until he's gone, we'll continue to decline

It's hard to watch your team getting ...

Challinor would be good appointment imo, but probably waiting for a bigger job than us. If we decide to ditch Wellens, the sooner the better, hiring someone for a relegation fight puts a lot of pressure on them.

Challinor would be excellent choice, but he left Stockport because he wants to ...

It's not time for a change, it was time for a change last May, when Wellens had to rely on Bradford to win, to keep us up.

Board should have sacked him then, and start afresh

He seems unsackable to be honest.

I really hope they sack him this evening, because, we will struggle like last season ...

Been saying since end of August, Wellens must go, & until he does, we'll get lower and lower, & be in league 2 next season, which we only avoided last season because Bradford won the last game.
Wellens hasn't got a clue, he's all over the place

Watch him come out, and give crap answers to the soft ...

We are terrible. They just get through us like we're just standing still. How we are winning is unbelievable

A lot of you may not like this next bit, but, Kabia and Scarlett are both useless.... Neither good enough for this league, and because we have nothing up front, we will struggle this season ...

They are running rings round us at the moment

First half dozen games, he looked unbelievable.... Last 4 games he's been dog s**t

I can't believe I'm watching the same player. He can't seem to run now, he can't beat a player, he is a different player

Anyone throw some light on this?

I couldn't see lots of positives
We have no ooomph going forward, its all side passing and inaccurate passing.
We haven't got a winger, that's prepared to take on the full back
Overall we look slow and cumbersome
Four games now since we scored a in game goal, that wasn't a set piece, I could go on ...

Goodness knows how we won that. Blackpool were by a long way, the better side, playing some lovely flowing football for long periods, but as I've been saying for years, it's goals that count.

I thought we played as if we were the away side, which I thought might be deliberate, seeing as we get ...

Anyone who criticises the government of Israel, however much they deserve it, is still being called anti Semitic.

It immediately shuts down the conversation, (which was why it was said), and let's the wrongdoers of the hook.

Zionists have been doing this for decades, and still no sign of it ...

Have you ever posted anything about Leyton Orient?

Are you even an Orient fan?

Asking for a friend!

Just seen this. Think it was a fair assessment. Let's be honest we played anti football from the first minute.
He said, if we hadn't played like that they'd have beaten us, which is a bad thing seeing as we bought about £2 million worth of players in, & were playing Bradford, not Barcelona.

I think ...

I'll take the point, but as an attacking force we were terrible.

No one to carry the ball forward, no passing the ball forwards, just 60 yards hit and hope punts.

We got really lucky today, but this can't go on, it's an awful watch

We can't bring the ball up to the front men. Its all 60 yard punts up front.
No method at all, just hit and hope.

I still think Richie can pull this round , maybe it would help if people stopped slagging him off 🤔

I don't think it will Ron

Remember, he was terrible last season, we only stayed in the league because Bradford beat Exeter on the last day of the season. It's gone on too long.

I'm not sure ...

I was going to make a similar thread.
It seems, every team that plays us, have huge strong centre backs, 6feet+, 14+stone, a real problem for strikers to play through, & all our centre backs, except Phil, are under 6 feet ball playing defenders.
That's ok in the premier league, but in league 1 you ...

The club has to weigh a few things up.
What would be the most expensive course, sacking Wellens, paying him off, bringing in someone else, hoping that coach could keep us up, or, keeping Wellens, getting relegated, incurring hatred from the fans constantly, & playing in league 2 next season ...

Wellens is a coward SACK HIM NOW

I'm with KenleyO. I too am sick of watching the team I love get beat every week

I've lost count of the number of players brought in here, during the last two seasons, but we're still so poor.

The common denominator is Richie Wellens.

Despite supporting him constantly, now im sick of him, & want ...

I noticed Noah was on the bench again on Monday night.

What idiot thought it was a good idea to send him 350 miles away to sit on the bench at a basket case of a club?

Bring him back, especially as Dovin has gone back

Is Kent still involved with the club. I haven't heard a peep from him for a while?

Sorry it's such a badly thought out poll... silly me, there I was thinking, this was a quick poll, for a football forum, while my cheese & pickle sandwich, was falling apart in my lap. If I'd have realized it was going to the United Nations general assembly anytime soon, if have take more care.

I ...

There is controversy, because many people think Ireland shouldn't play Israel, & should pull out of the upcoming match.
The penalty will be high for the Irish, but what do you think,
Should the game be played?

I can't understand the hate on CW. I reckon he's decent, far too good for the National League

He's also better than Zech imo.

Baxter saved us today, & Kemp missing a sitter at the far post in the 92nd min
