Can you give us a clue? Position maybe?

It was hinted at on our Twitter. Most likely Georgiou but could be Dodoo or (more unlikely) someone who’s completely slipped under the radar.

Number 3 as in third signing or literally a #3 first choice LB?

The tweet said "number two through the door" so the hidden text in the image "number 3" must refer to a shirt number/ left back.

It says “number three” though rather than “number 3”? Maybe just being pedantic here but I think it’s just number 3 as in the third signing after Theo and George.

Could mean either but it will be a new signing one way or another.
The media team are doing a great job with the hidden messages though.

I take it Saido Berahino didn't work out then?

Would be amazing to get him in. Would have lumps kicked out of him though.

Has he been rumoured? I’ve missed that completely

Sounds like he's coming in as depth for full back and wing? Really need cover at lb and in the wide positions so in theory a sensible signing, though find it a bit odd that a quarter of his games as a professional have been for Cyprus despite being 25.

Yes, 27 isn't many but on the other hand we've had a really good look at him on trial. I'd be asking questions if after all that he turns out to be a dud.

It's a weird one alright. Let's trust RW with this, even though the lad first started his trial before he was here.

Well he certainly hasn’t been over used over the years and so shouldn’t be carrying any long term injuries, which is a plus.
I would guess he’s probably on a reasonably low wage and we’ll see how he gets on during his 12 months here.

He’s 27 and only played 30 games in 5 years. That’s a bit concerning. I have visions of him coming on with a game in the balance and getting turned inside out. However I trust the club knows what it’s doing.

He's been here on trial for ever and still only been offered a 1 year contract - I don't expect him to feature much, and don't expect him to be here next season when we reach the promised land of Division 3.

Obviously the club are a bit iffy, hence only a one year deal, probably on low wages

If the club are a bit “ iffy” then they shouldn’t have signed him . I’d rather have two less of these type of players for one better quality payer.

Lots of players now who can play in different positions and RW has said that's what he likes. There will therefore, be plenty of competition for the starting 11 and then plenty of choice on the bench. I for one, can't wait for the start of the season and to see this group show what it can do (which I think will be good stuff).

Training hasn’t got the same intensity as a first team game . To be honest I don’t think we’ll be seeing much of him.
