IMO Possibly the worst headliner I’ve heard at Glastonbury

Like a few of his songs but he smashed the performance and the message. Although musically completely different, I do think he is modern day punk. He is talking about things that are wrong with this country and standing up for his community.

Having stood in that field and watched Kanye meander through a few hits and not even feel like he was bothered about where he was, thought it was clear how important it was to Stormzy and with a limited back catalogue, he did well.

They need local favourites iron Maiden to show them what a live set should be like
Searchlights hunting the night skies and Churchills speech before that good old opener Aces High
Who needs Stormzy when you can have Bruce belting out Hallowed Be Thy Name

Never saw it, but why was he wearing a stab proof vest?

Just having 'energy' isn't enough. Man shouts incomprehensible lyrics over a backing track. Utter sh*t.

To protect against Gammon attack.

Why is anyone so bothered about a festival they’re not at and don’t have to watch?

Not sure why disliking rap music makes you a Gammon?
My daughter is in her twenties and doesn't like it either

Not aimed at people who don’t like it but those having a go at it being sh*t and not understanding some of the messages in his performance.
Not sure it was aimed at middle aged white orient fans

I’m obviously aware of him and the genre but never listened to anything properly. He’s definitely the real deal.

I liked that he’s obviously a very humble young man but isn’t scared to make a point and stand against today’s issues.

The Union Jack stab proof vest was almost genius and amazing that people on here can’t get why he was wearing it.

What a strange comment to make about him being the real deal when you admit to not having listened to his music properly.

I've seen him live before he was famous so I'm proper hard core!

To protect him against the Glastonbury massive who being the hippies they are posted a warning on Twitter saying they were going to pelt him with flowers?

Musiuc definitely brings people of all ages, races and gender together.
When you go to a gig there is no trouble, just loads of people enjoying themselves, so yes its well worth having
