So I was sitting here thinking the best 11 that I have seen for Orient. I came up with:

On his own Joe Mayo probably wouldn't get in, but you couldn't have Kitchen without Mayo.

Some cracking players in this. So difficult to choose only 11.

Good topic and some good suggestions.

I’d start on the basis of Jackson, Roeder, Allen and Kitchen have to be in it and work from there, but so many options not sure I know the rest yet.

We've had some good players in recent times, yes lots of utter dross too but there's 3 or 4 different squads in 10-15 year period to pick from there.

If James signs and stays fit he could be the first RB to change that XI in a long time.

Jeez, what a decision to make. I'll pass as it's sooooo difficult to name the best 11 I've seen, but I'm enjoying looking at other boarders choices.

ive seen 3 that should be in my team ,but then think i cant drop him or him . A favourite best 11 may allow that.
I know youve seen some of the 60s too , so probably much harder .

In terms of ability the best I have seen at Orient in my time are:

Bogie
Simba
Comfort
Grealish
Vincelot
Bowles
Mpoku

Paul Beesley probably the best defender

Best keepers Jackson and Jakupovic

Most underrated player Michael Simpson, who like the much maligned Craig Clay in recent years will have regularly looked at the rest of his midfield colleagues (Wayne Purser, Andy Scott, David Hunt) and thought "just me again then today".

Had to laugh that someone chose John Mackie.

Just missed out on the 78 side, although it was them that got me interested so never went for Grealish, Roffey & Mayo. Other personal favourites I left out were Carl Griffiths, Andy Jones, Dean Smith & Vincelot.
