Hi all,
I had a L O a/c.
I need to register it again as per the new site.
But it will not open.

Has anybody else had the same problem?

Try resetting your password and security questions. Use a dollar sign instead of sterling asterisk and if asked to prove you are not a robot endure all the hills and traffic lights are indicated. With the zebra crossings you have get all bits. Use at least one uppercase letter in password. Don’t think it will accept one used in last year according to Nigel my computer expert mate.

Yes and there is another link on another page that works. But now I'm registered that page doesn't appear, so sorry I'm not much help.

I have reported that I have an issue.

To log in it’s asking for a username and password.. when I set up the new account it only asked for an email and password..what username ??

Tried to buy tickets today for Friday , couldn't sign in on the new website , phoned the ticket office and was no 2 in the queue for 20 minutes before the line went dead ☹☹☹

Are you not buying your tickets through https://onlyoneorient.com/home.aspx?

As far as I can see, it's still the same as it was before the official site changed.

Doesnt that mean your email addy is your username ?
