Today's no shows

At the beginning of the season we were 4 sometimes 5 of us, today we're zero.
Last game for me was Home to Colchester.

Sad times these when I've been supporting this club for 50 years and I really can't be bothered to go.
Doesn't mean I'm any less of a supporter, I don't want a miserable 90mins journey home anymore!!

This whole farcical situation of delaying getting a Manager in will cost us big time unless there is a dramatic turnaround in fortunes.
Stevenage hadn't scored for 4 games until today and look what's going on??
Why the hell is Ogie on the bench?
Just total madness all this.

RIP Warney :((

Opening post is spot on ...

Been going 50 plus years myself most of them
as a season ticket holder, I’ve seen some dire
performances the 1-5 home defeats in the early
80s to Bristol Rovers, Newport and Oxford..
3-7 home defeat to Chelsea, losing to Enfield,
Hendon and Margate in the cup ..
Crowds of under 2000, substandard player
recruitment joining the club, losing to Scunthorpe
2-3 despite being 2-0 up in the 90th min..

But what we are having to watch performance
wise now is embarrassing..

I won’t be back certainly for a long while,
whilst the club is in free fall/ turmoil I deserve
better along with the Leyton Orient fans based
around the world ..

London’s 2nd oldest club is nowadays nothing
more than a summer camp in the USA ..

Couldn’t agree more, I have been going for 65 years , the large majority of them as a season ticket holder.
After today and performances this year, I will not be back for some while either.
The performances have been painful to watch .
The club need to act fast or they will lose a large amount of revenue from demoralised and p*ssed off fans.

3 x 1-5 defeats at home.
3 x 8-0 wins at home.

However, I have never seen football this poor. Will be watching every game until we’re relegated. Then that’s it.

Three 5-1 defeats at home on the trot, wasn’t it? Under Frank Clark. I saw all three as well, after the third one a few of us went to Bristol Rovers at the old Eastville to see us play out a 0-0 draw and it seemed like a win. We saw Neville Ovenden outside the ground and he thanked us all for going, a nice touch.

Yesterday I couldn’t even be arsed to get off work early and go to the game. I’m not a ST holder because I tend to work most Saturdays but I can’t justify £25 (plus the necessary beers to make it even partly bearable) for crap like that. Loyalty can only be stretched so far, and I won’t be the only one.

I am sure your view is replicated by many, as you say loyalty can only be stretched so far and is also a two way thing, time for Nigel and Kent to wake up and smell the coffee !
