Get this man in the club. Here’s why.
Experienced? - won league at Swindon from this division
Style of play? - passing football, attacking style high pressing. Will excite fans and not lying either unlike Kenny jackett who did.
Salford- got sacked far too soon there and won a cup as well with not even his squad.
Doncaster- ex pro there , got sacked due to small budget for the level as Donny owners have ran out of cash.
Finally, similar situation to his time at Swindon where he took over mid season and steered them
Up division then next year won the title. Ticks a lot of boxes and could come in and will want to prove himself and a manager with the capacity to take us up the efl.
Worked with a DOF as well at Swindon who he took from Oldham where he was under tough circumstances with there Beelzebub like ownership. Could do the same here and kick out ling

Thought we should have gotten him instead of Jackett and picked him after he was sacked.

These conversations are now redundant. As much as your assessment above makes sense I suspect that the board are waiting for Harrold to pick up a draw or win on Saturday before making him permanent.
They can then feed us a load of rubbish about how he was the right choice and can pretend that staying up is a big success despite the fact that Travis was banging on about play offs and promotions until fairly recently.
As long as we stay up I don’t really care but the false hope and spin these owners feed us is staring to get tiresome.

Give it a rest. You’re boring but more than that, are making yourself seem like a petulant child.

Bang on the money, much like the initial announcement was so predictable so will the eventual unveiling. The social media team have likely already dug up the old post-Fletcher / second coming of Embleton articles to copy and paste from.

Now favourite with bookies at 4/6
Looks like a reasonable choice for us as a club. I'd guess he'd be pleased to get the role, having been at similar sized clubs. Has some success as a manager and played in Championship / below as a player.
The bigger names in the frame (Lennon, Ferguson and Woodgate) have all managed higher up (like KJ) and I think standing in front of 4-5K in L2 at the Breyer and sometimes less away would soon demotivate them.
I guess Wellens could also work with Harrold (and with Ling %&%%%&(&&&!)

Feels like a good match. Wonder when we'll find out either way.

how bad were moneybags Salford under him.
1 good season for swindon which got decided on ppg so not a proper promotion
2 relegations in his short career,
Do we really want him ?

Might as well it could steady the panickers.
