That's how we used to get most of our goals when we were playing over Hackney Marshes. Just be on the edge of the area waiting for the pass from the keeper.

I wonder what change in tactics that will bring about and how many defenders who have played with the existing rule for so many years, will forget it in the heat of the moment and let a goal hungry poaching forward nick the ball before it has left the penalty area. It'll happen, for sure.
