Re: SATURDAYS GAME
Fans need to get behind the team on Saturday, I know it's hard when the goals aren't flying in, but there's a lot of negative energy in the fanbase and it isn't helping.

He can only play players that are not Ill or injured. His choice is very restricted at this moment in time.

Re: SATURDAYS GAME
I get that, but the fact remains that he failed massively in the transfer window, and the football is unbelievably boring. We never look like scoring.moonwalk19 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 09, 2022 10:44 pmHe can only play players that are not Ill or injured. His choice is very restricted at this moment in time.
It's not just a recent phenomenon, sure it's exacerbated by injuries and illness but the football has been dire for a long time before this recent spell of bad fortune. You can go all the way back to Mansfield/Walsall at home or Barrow away and the cracks were already showing then. Big wins at home put a bit of a gloss on things but fact is we are bang average under Kenny and he's had more support from the board than some other managers received.
He's not the man for me, negative, inflexible dinosaur.
Best to start again from scratch, else we could all be going back to Eastleigh away next season.

Re: SATURDAYS GAME
I'm in the lucky position of not being able to go to matches anymore.
My lift has given them up.
That being the case I now watch games from Holland.
The thought of watching the Orient in person fills me with dread at the moment.
Roll on Cricket season (April).

Re: SATURDAYS GAME
With us only scoring one goal since Christmas sadly all Salford need to do is score once and it’s game over . I don’t know where our next goal is coming from let alone win.

Re: SATURDAYS GAME
The only positive is that at least we created chances against Colchester and Exeter, not many granted, but it was a slight improvement on the Port Vale game where we created nothing.
Be interesting to see in Smith is restored, or his ‘illness’ clears up, or if we continue with Drinan and Nouble up front.
Whatever happens we really need some width……….maybe Archibald on one side, if fit and Khan on the other.

Re: SATURDAYS GAME
Orient are 100/1 to be relegated (Bet 365), incredible odds!! I did recommend strongly the 50/1 at the time of the Italian to all and sundry but clearly that was a totally different situation and dynamic. This, however, may be a good insurance policy for those wishing to avail.

Re: SATURDAYS GAME
1% win probability for Orient to be relegated (compared to 90% Scunny and 55% Oldham) according to what I've been reading yet still loads of people sh*tting their pants.Orient Punxx wrote: ↑Fri Feb 11, 2022 6:29 amOrient are 100/1 to be relegated (Bet 365), incredible odds!! Re: SATURDAYS GAME
The bookies can and have got it wrong before. Are they even factoring in our injuries, let alone form? I listen to a lot of EFL podcasts and scour the football media landscape. Orient's drastic form dropoff is hardly being mentioned. In December people were raving about Orient being hard to beat and the Drinan and Smith partnership. I know there's still teams below us and we have some games in hand on people, but all the teams around us other than Walsall have recent-ish wins.
If we lose on Saturday, that 100/1 will drop hugely.
