Daley was too much a right winger whereas Trotter reminds me of Ronaldo always diving ( sometimes ducking)

Del boy was the better character and only fools was the better show.
Saying that I did love Arthur and minder was a top show as well.
Not much in it but only fools and del boy edge it for me.

Minder at its best better than only fools and horses but it wasn’t great for long enough and especially when Terry left. Only fools was consistently good for many years.

Arfur every day if the week - a much more realistic character.

David Jason before only Fools.(Who knows about this?
^^^^^^The start up in the Pilot was different to the later episodes as it featured Southern Region trains. The later episodes featured a three wheeled vehicle funnily enough.
Tough one.The original Minder was better with Dennis Waterman.
Only Fools also was not as good the older it got.Close call.

Arthur Daley was funny and George Cole was brilliant as him. I thought Minder went downhill when Gary Webster replaced Denis Waterman as Arthur's minder, the story lines did not seem as good. Del Boy and Only Fools and Horses was sheer brilliance with some classic comedy. Some of the Xmas specials drew massive audiences.

Early series of Only Fools and Horses was an almost shameless copy of the Arthur Daley wheeler-dealer character
Minder was very good at the start before it moved more fully into comedy, but it lost momentum after Dennis Waterman left. Only Fools and Horses (on the other hand) began a bit lame and then achieved great heights through the development of its characters and the excellent supporting cast

Did Arfur ever fall through the bar while Terry made a face? I don’t think so. Which makes OFAH the bestest sitcom since Mind Your Language.

Françoise Pascal - actually Mauritian (I had to check wiki for that). She wasn’t all that, and it was so bloody awful it was good (a bit like Allo Allo).

And with nothing else on the telly to compare it to except repeats of Kes whose amateur actors were 10 times better than Afrur and Del yes it was good times.

The bird put in a good performance, particularly in the dying scene.
