Jail time is unlikely isnt it? I guess there must be some evidence for it to get to court. Probably on CCTV.

Obviously I don't know the full facts. In fact I know none of the facts but I'm going to comment anyway.

If the recipient of the (alleged) punch was injured, it would go down as "Assault, occasioning actual bodily harm", which might in the hands of a tough judge carry a short sentence.
More likely to be a fine, and a bind over however.

In his defence, that film is a proper choker, no one expected Tony Stark to die. I'm not surprised he acted out of character if he was in such an emotional state.

At Stratford Vue they have cameras on all the audiences and it is broadcast in the Foyer. Handy when you have finished watching a movie and want to check out which screen to bunk into next

We’ve just read a snippet, we don’t know his version and then the judges conclusion, until then I’m not sure we should be skating him.

The story is vague, I'm not defending him but I am a little shocked as Marvin is very mild mannered, great defender though.
