Jeremy Corbyn isnt forming a new political party. This is a made up story by right wing 'newspapers'
At 72 years of age, this isnt something he's going to do

Why would he create a new party when he’s already living in your head, Thory?

It would be a really stupid move to split the Labour vote before the next election.

The crucial word in all those headlines is "could". But you knew this anyway didn't you?
Starmer has got himself a problem here though (mainly created by himself). Standing a Labour candidate here against Corbyn will either split the vote allowing an alternative through the middle or even worse for SKS possible come behind Corbyn who'll sit as an independent. Regardless of how he's perceived nationally, Corbyn remains very popular with his constituency.
What a bollocks this will turn out to be.

History proves that when disgruntled people leave a large political party to form their own new one, on average, nationwide they get very little support through the ballet box.

Corbyn will probably plie the locals with more freebies to win their votes.

Well he did that last time round and it never worked did it !
If Corbyn was going to offer the same sort of freebies via his own ''Minnow'' party, it would be to even less effect than before.

Perhaps Anti-vaxxer Piers Corbyn can also join and become deputy leader !
Corbyn gears up to create his own political party following Starmer inertia.

That really is a very silly thing to say. Other than being born to the same parents they have nothing in common.
