He needs to make his mind up. Cheating on your girlfriend/boyfriend is awful, it causes pain and depression. Ive seen friends who have suffered.

The one thing those 3 have in common is that they are all (probably) stupid enough to let him get away with it. If so then he's a lucky boy.

Maybe they just want a bit of fun and not a relationship with him. Why anyone cares about stuff like this is beyond me
