I'm a huge fan of Bond, especially when he helped Southend get relegated.

I'm off to watch it at one of the iSense screens this weekend. But the inclusion of Phoebe Waller-Bridge on the writing team is filling me with apprehension. Hopefully they won't completely sh*t over the legacy in a ham-fisted attempt to detoxify the maleness of Bond and inflict upon us the usual protracted moral lecture.

But the 5-star Guardian review is a bad omen.

Saw it last night. Not as P.C as I was expecting although all the boxes ticked of course. Not really my cup of tea as I don’t like films much and all the “action” brings on one of my heads but Bond fans will still like it.

The usual flirtatious scenes with Moneypenny, but she breaks the fourth wall and says "fuckmeupthearse"?

Going to see it at the Radway in Sidmouth on Monday night. Entry is £4.30. Will be having a pint in the Radway pub across the road beforehand. Review to follow but I bet its crap.

Why not pop into the Conservative Club next door instead?

I going to give that a miss.

I'm just hoping I don't bump into the tosser of a biker who wanted to fight me last time I was there just because I cut him off. It was handbags at 30 paces although I was a bit concerned about what he was going to do with his helmet!!
