Credit to them for at least having a realistic demand, but I'm not sure pissing off normal people trying to go about their business is the right thing to do.

Don’t have a problem with this. Politicians across the globe are glacial when it comes to acting re the climate. Stale pale and male who still only care about GDP. If they don’t act the people will. There won’t be a planet left at this rate. Incidentally, what is Elon musk doing. Not sure blasting rockets into space is helping.

Exactly.

They should do a nice friendly protest that everyone can get behind, like all the successful protests of the past.

These people will be looked back on as being on the right side of history.

Future generations will be baffled that getting to work on time was the priority. Just about sums up our society.

Sod that.

But just for future info, how many protests do you have to attend before you can comment on the subject?

Future generations will also wonder why we tarmac’d over huge swathes of the nation just so that we could drive little boxes wherever we pleased. It’s madness.

Thought not
