What is to stop any people who are banned just coming back under another name ?
As it is, many members on this new forum changed their names from the last forum.
Perhaps the ''MODS'' have computer/ technology ways of checking out applications to join the forum to make it difficult for banned people to come back in a different name ?

I'm banned...not from this board but from most chemists in the county of Berkshire. Was also banned from the BTBA for a few months.

Seems like a lot of unnecessary work to me. If someone is banned, yet choose to come back under another guise, so what. So long as their behaviour has improved as a result then a lesson has been learnt, the board improves and we all move on. Banning job done. If their behaviour continues to be poor then just ban them again. Eventually the message will sink in.
