Favourite Beers
Personally, I detest golden ales - it is amber all the way for me. Doom Bar hits the spot, followed by London Pride. I remember, most fondly, Flowers IPA. Beer of Beers.

Re: Favourite Beers
I have no particular preference for any type of beer - golden ale, stout, lager, anything good

A pint of draught Cobra to go with a superb Chicken Dhansak and a Peshwari Nan. Hmmm, yummy.

Re: Favourite Beers
OMG, there’s two of us !!!
After that, Guinness, Doom Bar, Spitfire, Ghostship, London Pride and, with the curry-at-home, Tysky.
I’ve always bought local beers from the Trent region and Huddersfield.
Wychwood Brewery was good but they’ve altered their offerings lately and are no longer to my appeal.

Re: Favourite Beers
A personal favourite is Dark Star’s American Pale Ale, followed by Five Points Railway Porter, which is superb. Anything by Kernel is pretty good (except their Table Beer). After that, I generally aim for anything by small independent breweries, which you find dozens of these days. Happy times.
