Several people have made honest estimates / guesses regarding the number of players who have left the club since the completion of the 2020/2021 Season as opposed to the number of players we have signed, so far, for the 2021/2022 Season. I decided to do the research as follows.
"APPEARANCES" = A player's first team appearances for all teams played for, whether EFL or Non-League, in all competitions, e.g. League, Cup, Trophy etc. Does not include internationals.

Counting both loan payers in and out is a nonsense. I'll accept Akinola who was there all season. But JMD and Judd were out when Freeman and Abrahams were in, so I count them as two players not four.

Brendon Shabani's only appearance was an FA Cup, First Round, match against Stevenage on 7/11/2020. He played all 120 minutes, ( extra time involved,) as an Attacking Mid-Fielder. Orient lost 6:7 on penalties.
