Surprised the ref didn’t book Bonne for studs up on their keeper, the c**t.

Clay should have done better for their goal.

It looks even worse on the highlights....what on earth was that keeper thinking?

Notice how they left the red card out of that highlights package.

The reaction of their defender bottom of the screen when they give away that pen is priceless

Sutton player top of the screen is also funny. Just collapses in exasperation.

Even though it was a clear penalty there was a moment I thought the ref wouldn't give it and book Bonne for diving!!

Can someone explain to me how that's not a red card for their keeper?

Further, can someone explain how their keeper isn’t sent off for that but Marvin was shown red at Bromley?

Looking at those highlights I think the penalty was given more for the rugby tackle on Harrold by the goalie.

Bonne definitely dived.

The rule is all about if there was a genuine attempt at the ball ir not. If there is then it’s not a red.

Saying the any push or pull that’s given is a red hence Marvin but honestly don’t care now

If he gave it for the foul on Bonne then you could say he tried to play the ball so deservedly got a yellow. Still think Marvin's red against Bromley was harsh though.

So the assault on Dayton and subsequent red card don’t constitute highlights?

To be honest, glad the cheating twunt didn’t send the keeper off. Having an outfield player go in goal, the additional delay etc could have thrown Bonne.

Good to see the Lino just stand there, no reaction whatsoever.

What is the point of these clowns?

Can add the decision not to send the keeper off to the list of terrible decisions from the ref. A bear hug foul by their keeper on Harrold is neither a genuine attempt to play the ball nor an accidental collision.

Stand in lino of course, possibly not used to running the line if usually the fourth official. More used to just standing there not having to make decisions.

I've seen the red card incident with Dayton, imo there is zero intent to aim at the referee. Looks like he knows his season is done, so just chucks it down in frustration and the referee happens to be in the general vicinity.

He'd been arguing with the ref while on the floor, becoming increasingly angry and the language more colourful. Could be that language in conjunction with the flying boot that resulted in the sending off. He clearly didn't aim it to hit the ref though, but knew what he was doing by throwing it towards him. Wasn't a clever move at all. Also I think the assistant may have told the ref to send him off as he looked like he had the yellow out originally, then Clay went over to make a plea to the assistant for why he shouldn't be sent off.

Highlights up on Orient site. The challenge in Dayton was studs up filth, red card every time. And unless there's been some sort of rule change I've missed I cannot understand how the keeper wasn't sent off. That ref should be suspended on those 2 decisions alone.

The referee is clearly of Premiership quality re the penalty. At least keeper was trying to get to the ball when he committed the foul unlike this from Jordan Pickford who wasn't sent off

Sutton highlights are here - 10 mins longer and better (closer to the game) camera

Confirmed in the extended highlights that the ref got the yellow card out after the boot throw.

The reaction of a couple of the Sutton team to the keeper's error is priceless. Had to watch 3 or 4 times!

The keeper fouled both Bonne and Harrold and he still stayed on the pitch. Unbelievable!
