Can you name them all? I'll start. Two new directors on the board: Nick Sammarco and Coley Parry.
All of the new faces have spoken with clarity and calmness, and I feel we should be very excited for the future.
Nigel felt that they couldn't get Kenny Jackett when he put his name in the hat, and was surprised when he made himself available. Nigel felt that the Jackett appointment was coincidental with the investors' arrival, but in the final round of manager interviews, Jackett was given the investor deck amd saw what a well run football club we are. I believe all of this and am very enthused for the new season. Will be sending off my season ticket renewals over the weekend.

Kent: "I'm just as excited about Orient as I was four years ago". He confirms he is still as involved and in love with the O's as ever.

Sad individual that I am, I got a bit of a buzz from that (watched it live). Not one of the American investors called it soccer and only one of them made the mistake of referring to us as Leyton.
I'll leave a bit of room now for the negative posts.

I truly believe that those who come on here now and spew negativity about how the club is run are either total wind-up merchants or clueless (or both). Our club has never been in better hands from the top down off the pitch. If we can now manage to attract the kind of calibre of player that can get us promoted this season, then we will be looking to a great season ahead.

A very impressive session. The new directors and investors seem very focused and have the club’s best interests at heart.
The East stand being refurbished, a new pitch coming in the next season or so, a top class manager... it’s all very good.

Believe what you like but being led by the man who led a company that helped make America fat leaves me cold.

That struck a chord with me too. Isn't it part of the medics' hippocratic oath?

Just started it. Oh Nigel, you really the think the government will behind reforms in football . Which vice chief exec met Boris Johnson days before the ESL announcement?
Can’t wait to get into a bit of research about these characters.

Funny how many of you seem to think these venture capitalists are in it because they’re passionate about football
“Do no harm and put a better product out there” enjoy the returns in a few years lads

The lack of negativity saves me an hour or more. If a forum broadly approve then that’s good enough for me.

I totally agree. It does feel like everything is in place . Getting in the right calibre of players is the last piece of the jigsaw . I hope we have a good Summer with our recruitment.
